Short version: We collect the data needed to run Overture for you. We don't sell it, don't share it unnecessarily, and you can delete it anytime. The full details are below.
1. Who We Are
Overture ("Overture," "we," "us," or "our") is an AI-powered sales automation platform built and operated by Polsia. We help B2B companies research prospects, personalize outreach, and book meetings autonomously.
If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at privacy@overture-22.polsia.app.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
- Account information: Name, email address, and password when you sign up.
- Ideal Customer Profile (ICP): Information about your target buyers — industry, company size, title, geography — that you provide to configure Overture.
- Calendar credentials: OAuth tokens for Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar to enable meeting booking. We request read/write access to your calendar only.
- CRM data: If you connect a CRM integration, we access contact and pipeline data as required to sync activity.
- Payment information: Billing details processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store raw card numbers.
2.2 Prospect Data
Overture researches and processes data about your prospective customers, including:
- Names, job titles, and company affiliations
- Professional email addresses discovered through public sources and third-party enrichment providers
- LinkedIn profile data and publicly available professional activity
- Company information (size, industry, technology stack, recent news)
This data is used solely to generate personalized outreach on your behalf. We do not use your prospect data to build our own databases or sell it to third parties.
2.3 Usage Data
- Log data: IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, timestamps
- Feature usage: which parts of the platform you use and how
- Email performance: open rates, reply rates, and meeting booking outcomes for campaigns you run
3. How We Use Your Information
- Providing the service: Running prospect research, generating email sequences, managing follow-ups, and booking meetings on your calendar.
- Personalizing AI outputs: Your ICP and historical campaign data are used to improve the quality of prospect research and outreach copy for your account.
- Billing and account management: Processing subscriptions, sending invoices, and managing your account.
- Support and communication: Responding to your inquiries, sending product updates, and onboarding assistance.
- Security and fraud prevention: Detecting and preventing unauthorized access or abuse of the platform.
- Product improvement: Aggregate, anonymized usage data helps us improve the platform. We do not use individual customer data for model training without explicit consent.
4. Third-Party Services
Overture integrates with the following third-party services to deliver the platform:
- Anthropic / OpenAI: AI models used for prospect research and email generation. Data sent to these providers is subject to their privacy policies and data processing agreements.
- Google / Microsoft: Calendar OAuth integrations. We access only the calendar scopes you authorize.
- Stripe: Payment processing. Card data is handled directly by Stripe and never touches our servers.
- Prospecting data providers: We use third-party enrichment APIs to source professional contact information. These providers are contractually required to have lawful bases for the data they provide.
- Infrastructure providers: Hosting (Render), database (Neon/PostgreSQL), and storage services. All are bound by data processing agreements.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you cancel your subscription:
- Your account data is retained for 30 days in case you wish to reactivate.
- After 30 days, your account and associated data are deleted from our active systems.
- Backups are purged on a rolling 90-day schedule.
- Prospect data generated during your subscription is deleted with your account.
You can request immediate deletion at any time by contacting privacy@overture-22.polsia.app.
6. Your Rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have the following rights:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@overture-22.polsia.app. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Security

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

We use a privacy-respecting analytics approach that does not fingerprint individual users across sites.
9. Children's Privacy
Overture is a B2B service intended for use by businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
10. International Data Transfers
Overture operates primarily in the United States. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and other appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
